The Canadian Space Agency is investing more than $11 million in 16 projects led by Canadian companies, including two Markham-based firms — NordSpace Corp and Qoherent Inc. — to advance new space technologies.
The funded projects will help advance capabilities that are increasingly important to Canada’s security, sovereignty, economic prosperity and leadership in space.
These innovations will also position Canadian companies to seize new commercial opportunities and enable the space sector to respond to emerging national priorities.
