Industrial Arts is offering three newly renovated, work-only artist studios designed for established artists who need large, affordable workspaces. Located at 200 Steelcase Road East in Markham, these 750+ sq. ft. studios feature high ceilings, reinforced walls, slop sinks, 24/7 access, and included utilities—ideal for creating large-scale works. Tenants also gain access to mentorship and community engagement through Steelcase Art Projects. Studios are available starting May 2025 at below-market rates. Applications close March 31, 2025.
